Abstract

New data related to hydrogen-introduced modification of polycrystalline silicon solar cells characteristics are obtained. The solar cells were treated by recently developed neutral hydrogen beam source. The I–V and photovoltaic measurements revealed remarkable improvements of cells characteristics such as the rise of conversion efficiency up to 47% from its initial value. The data of EBIC, LINTECH and SIMS analysis are discussed.
