Abstract
ABSTRACT Recent discoveries in astrophysics have shown that habitable planets and moons are probably commonplace. Also, the requirements for life as we understand it are probably found around most stars. Astrobiology research shows us that life is greatly adaptable to a broad range of environments. If life is discovered elsewhere, it might present challenges to our understanding of our place in the creation. The Davison book is a bold and wonderfully clear contribution to discussions about the interface between astrobiology and Christian theology. It articulates some of the major challenges that face such discussions and provides a roadmap for future discussions.
