Abstract

Obesity may adversely effect reproduction, but the effects of obesity on assisted reproduction treatment (ART) outcome are controversial . The distribution of body mass index (BMI) in Asians differs from Whites, however, most of the previous studies of the effects of BMI on ART were based on the Whites. We examined the distribution of BMI in Korean women who underwent in vitro fertilization (IVF) and the independent effect of BMI on ART.
