Abstract

The article investigates and analyzes the level and manifestations of professional burnout among medical workers of the Regional Narcological Hospital of Penza and the influence of the level of personal anxiety in the formation of symptoms of professional burnout. Target. To determine the presence of professional burnout among employees of the Regional Narcological Hospital in Penza. Results. In the course of the research work, the symptoms of the burnout syndrome from the position of the general adaptation syndrome of G. Selye were identified, the stage of professional burnout was determined, the state of reduced performance was assessed, satisfaction or dissatisfaction with work was determined, the presence or absence of symptoms of depression was revealed, the level of situational and personal anxiety was assessed, the severity of alexithymia. Conclusion. The largest number of people with severe professional burnout, the presence of severe depressive symptoms, was found in the department of ONNP, which may be due to unsatisfactory working conditions, as well as an increased level of responsibility and complexity of work.
