Abstract
Statement of the problem. In recent years, in all civilized and highly developed countries, there has been a growing demand for the construction of roads and highways with rigid pavements that provide a satisfactory susceptibility to increasing dynamic loads from vehicles. For road cement concrete, the issue of effective and simplified application of the operation of magnetizing cement mixing water by using microwave radiation units remains relevant and urgent. In this case, it is necessary, first of all, to assess the variability of the strength properties of cement concrete and the mobility of the cement concrete mix on magnetized water. Results. The indicators of the strength of road cement concrete and the mobility of the cement concrete mixture when using in the process of its manufacture magnetized water through the useof a microwave radiation installation have been investigated. The studied factors were the powerof electromagnetic radiation and the time of its exposure during the magnetization of water. The application of the theory of mathematical planning of the experiment made it possible to obtain the corresponding regularities in the form of regression equations.Conclusions. The use of magnetized water in the production of cement concrete mixture has shown a positive effect in terms of ensuring increased strength of road cement concrete. At the same time, a decrease in its mobility requires a revision of the technological modes of laying and subsequent compaction.
