Abstract

Objectives: Hyperacute rejection (HAR) shows different features in the inner compared to the outer myocardium according to the pathologic effects of the obstructed venous drainage. Assuming a close relation to the extent of hyperacute rejection, regional blood flow (RBF) was measured by fluorescent microspheres.
