Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Kampus Mengajar Program, especially at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), State University of Malang. The research subjects were 97 FEB students who participated in the Kampus Mengajar Program from batch 1 to batch 5. Evaluation of the Kampus Mengajar program is needed to determine the suitability between the goals and targets designed and the program's implementation in the field. The data collection method was carried out by distributing evaluation questionnaires consisting of 19 statement items covering aspects of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency, and program impact. The results of data analysis showed that 44.33% of respondents assessed the program as relevant to the initial objectives, 45.59% of respondents set that the implementation of this program was efficient and effective, and 43.45% of respondents assessed that the program had an impact on increasing their knowledge and teaching skills. The results of this evaluation can be used as an impetus so that stakeholders can improve and increase the program's quality so that the output obtained is maximized.
