Abstract

This article focuses on the development of a four-week group counseling intervention, East West Connection (EWC), designed to foster bicultural identity development among East Asian American (EAA) youth. The program aims to promote well-being and decrease culturally based conflicts. The authors outline the program, discuss the strengths and challenges, and present the implications for counseling.
