Abstract
Technological developments bring their respective roles in all fields including libraries.One of the technologies that can be utilized in libraries is artificial intelligence. In this study, the authors explain in detail the development of libraries in the era of disruption and observe several opportunities for using artificial intelligence that can be implemented in libraries. The application of intelligence has several benefits including facilitating librarians in their work, as well as providing fast and efficient services to users. The application of artificial intelligence must be carried out optimally by considering the allocation of funds for maintenance of its infrastructure, increasing the knowledge and literacy of librarians and users about artificial intelligence technology, and adjusting the needs of users to use artificial intelligence features.
