Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a significant field within the realm of science. Technology is rapidly transforming numerous sectors on a large scale. It allows hiring managers to generate various options, such as simple recruitment tools, medium-level software, and advanced AI technology that can more accurately forecast a candidate׳s future success within an organization. At a remarkably clear pace, AI is transforming the Human Resource (HR) field. AI technologies are currently and shall continue to be a key driver in the development of smart systems soon. This will ultimately result in HR relying heavily on disruptive technologies. AI simplifies the overall human resource management process, leading to increased efficiency in HRM operations. Furthermore, numerous advanced AI technologies are available today that assist in predicting and determining if a potential candidate is the most suitable for a specific organization by evaluating multiple parameters. This decreases the possibility of mistakes in selecting a candidate and consequently enhances the overall metrics of a company. This chapter details the impact of AI on Human Resources Management by providing relevant contexts across various HR processes. Further, it highlights the pros and cons of implementing AI in Human Resources Management.
