Abstract
As chair of the Tissue Viability Nurses Association, I have been heavily involved in negotiations with the NHS Purchasing and Supplies Agency for over a year now. The Purchasing and Supplies Agency is an executive agency of the Department of Health, set up to provide expertise in purchasing and supply matters to the NHS. For the past year it has been involved in the ‘Supply Chain Excellence Programme’.
