Abstract

Horizontal air ducts of aspiration systems are subject to the formation of dust deposits. The organization of swirling flows is suggested for the prevention of this effect. The equations of dust particle motion in horizontal swirling flow running inside cylindrical air duct are presented. The paper gives the results of the determination of dust particle entrainment velocity with axial and swirling gas flows. The description of a device aimed at organizing the flow swirling inside aspiration systems air ducts is provided
