Application of STAD Cooperative Model in Learning to Analyze the Systematics of Essay Texts and Literary Criticism
This study aims to describe the results of students' work on worksheets and determine students' responses to the STAD type cooperative model in learning to analyze the systematics of essay texts and literary criticism. The subjects in this study were students of class XII MIPA 2 SMAN 4 Kota Cirebon. In this study, the method used was classroom action research method with descriptive analysis technique. The results showed the results of students' analysis in learning to analyze the systematics of essays and literary criticism obtained an average score of 92.88 from a total of 28 students with the highest score of 100 and the lowest score of 70. Meanwhile, students' responses to learning by using the STAD type cooperative model obtained good results. This can be seen from the percentage of each indicator which tends to be high in the “agree” option. Nevertheless, there are still percentages that show students' disagreement with the questions asked. For example, in the indicators of gathering information, collaboration, and finalizing the results of the analysis which has a fairly high percentage compared to other indicators.

This research aims to: (1) Describe the ability to write news text students are taught using STAD type cooperative learning model and students are taught using direct learning model; (2) Describe the ability to write high-priority student-language text texts that are taught using STAD-type cooperative models and are taught using direct learning models; (3) Describe the ability to write low-priority student-language text texts that are taught using STAD-type cooperative models and are taught using direct learning models, and (4) Describe the interaction of cooperative learning model type STAD and initial ability to the ability to write news text of students of class VIII SMP Negeri 24 Jambi. The type of this research is quantitative with 2x2 factorial experimental designs. The population of the research is the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 24 consisting of 6 classes. The sample of this research is class VIIIA for experiment class with 40 students and class VIIIB for control class with 38 students. Sample determination is determined by purposive sampling technique. The data of students' news text writing capability was obtained using performance test and analyzed using two ways Anova test. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that STAD type cooperative learning model affects the ability to write student news text. The effect can be explained as follows. First, the ability to write news texts of students taught using STAD type cooperative learning model is better than students taught using direct learning model. Second, the ability to write high-priority students' text news taught using STAD type cooperative models is better than students taught using direct learning models. Third, the ability to write low-priority students' text taught using STAD type cooperative models is better than students being taught using direct learning models. Fourth, there is no interaction between STAD type cooperative learning model and initial ability to write news text skills of students of class VIII SMP Negeri 24 Jambi.Keywords: Writing News Texts, Cooperative Learning, Direct Learning

This research discussed about the comparison of learning outcomes in Islamic Education students who used the STAD type cooperative learning model and NHT type class X SMA Negeri 3 Palopo. This reasearch aimed to: 1) to determine the learning outcomes of Islamic Education students taught using the STAD type cooperative model in class X SMA Negeri 3 Palopo, 2) to know the Islamic Education learning outcomes of students taught using the NHT cooperative model on class X SMA Negeri 3 Palopo, 3) to Analyze the differences in Islamic Education learning outcomes of students taught by the STAD type cooperative model and student learning outcomes taught by the NHT cooperative model in Class X SMA Negeri 3 Palopo. This research was a quantitative research with a non-equivalent control group design. The population was all students of class X SMA Negeri 3 Palopo, totaling 260 students. The technique sampling was done by using purposive sampling. The instrument used was a test with descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. Based on the analysis of descriptive data for the learning outcomes of students taught by using the STAD type cooperative learning model is very good category. The learning outcomes of students taught by using NHT type of cooperative learning model are very good category. Based on inferential analysis obtained a significant value> α (0.716> 0.05) then, it can be said that there is no significant difference between the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education taught using the STAD type cooperative learning model and those taught using the NHT learning model in Class students X SMA Negeri 3 Palopo.

This research aims to find out the influence of the cooperative learning model of STAD type toward mathematics learning achievement of 8th grade student in SMPN 7 Mataram first semester academic year 2019/2020 on the subject matter of relations and functions. This true experiment research was designed using pretest-posttest control group design. Two classes were selected as a research subject with cluster random sampling technique, namely class VIII-B as the experimental class and VIII-C as the control class. Data collection tehniques were used observation and tests. The statistical analysis used was t-test gain and effect size to see the influence of using the STAD type cooperative learning model toward students' mathematics learning outcomes in SMPN 7 Mataram. The results showed there were differences in the improvement of mathematics learning achievement of mathematics between students who obtained learning with STAD type cooperative model and students who learned with direct learning model. The contribution of the STAD type cooperative learning model to students' mathematics learning achievement was in high category. This showed that learning using STAD type cooperative learning model had a positive influence toward mathematics learning achievement for students of grade 8th in SMPN 7 Mataram.

This research originated from the problem of low student learning outcomes in the elementary school of Padang. This is due, among other things, to learning that is still dominated by teachers. Students are still focused on the ways taught by the teacher and have not been able to cooperate in groups well. To overcome this problem, the STAD type cooperative learning model is used. This study aims to determine the effect of the STAD type cooperative model and student learning motivation on integrated thematic learning outcomes. The type of research used is quasi experiment. The study population was all fourth grade students of SDN 20 Indarung Padang who were enrolled in semester 2 of the 2018/2019 school year with a total of 43 students. The sample selection was done by random sampling. The experimental class is class IVA students of SDN 20 Indarung Padang and as a control class is grade IVB of SDN 20 Indarung Padang. The research instruments were learning motivation questionnaires and written tests. Data analysis was performed using the t test and two-way ANAVA for interaction. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Student learning outcomes in Theme 8 using the STAD type cooperative model are better than conventional methods. (2) Student learning outcomes in Theme 8 which have High Learning Motivation using the STAD type cooperative model are better than conventional methods. (3) Student learning outcomes in Theme 8 which have low learning motivation using the STAD type cooperative model are better than conventional methods. (4) There is an interaction between the cooperative type STAD model and conventional methods and learning motivation towards student learning outcomes. This research started from reality at school that in learning process learners just sit, silence, listen, and record material submitted by a teacher. This is because teachers are less able to develop learning models that can enable learners optimally in the learning process. As a result, learners are often not excited and feel saturated in learning, so that the learning outcomes are low. To improve the activity and learning outcomes of learners in IPS learning done PTK by using the STAD type cooperative model. STAD type cooperative model is a learning model that puts learners in groups of five or six students. This research was conducted in class V SDN 36 Rangeh Kecamatan Lengayang, with the number of students 27 people. From the results of research conducted it can be concluded that by using STAD type cooperative learning model can improve the activity and learning outcomes of learners in learning social studies in class V SDN 36 Rangeh Kecamatan Lengayang.

This study aims to know the students’ learning achievement after studying under Lesson Study learning model at MAN 1 Konawe Selatan, under cooperative learning model type STAD and to investigate the significant difference between Lesson Study learning model and cooperative learning model type STAD. The subject of the study is the students of MAN 1 Konawe Selatan class XI IPA. This study is a quasi experimental research which means that it is not a real experimental research because it included the basic steps of experiment but exclude the control class. The result indicates that there is different students’ physics learning achievement between using Lesson Study learning model and coopertive learning model type STAD. The students learning under lesson study model obtained 87 as their average score, while those with cooperative model type STAD obtained 67.3. In other words, learning by lesson plan model contributes more positively to students’ learning achievement than STAD model. This indicates that there are differences in physiscs learning achievement between lesson study learning model and cooperative learning model type STAD at students class XI-Science MAN 1 South of Konawe

This study aims to determine the effect of computational chemistry-based learning media using the STAD type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes and motivation on the subject of forces between molecules. The population in this study were grade X students in high schools in Medan city which amounted to 7 classes. The samples of this study were students of class X IPA 3 and X IPA 5, each of which amounted to 36 students. The research instruments used were test instruments in the form of 20 multiple choice questions and non-test in the form of 30 statements. The quality of the research instrument was tested using validity, reliability, difficulty level of questions and differentiating power to determine the questions that would be used as instruments in the study. The data analysis technique shows that in the learning outcomes hypothesis test, the t-count> t-table value is 5.03>1.666 and the results of the learning motivation hypothesis test, the t-count> t-table value is 3.12>1.666. This data shows that there is an effect of computational chemistry-based learning media using the STAD type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes and motivation on the subject of forces between molecules.

The background of this research highlights that students often struggle to understand the place value of numbers, as each digit in a number represents a value based on its position. This challenge arises because the learning process lacks the use of engaging media and relies heavily on one-way interactions. To address this issue, a teaching approach that incorporates media and promotes active student involvement is required. This research implements the STAD-type cooperative learning model assisted by a stick box to enhance students' understanding of place value concepts. The study employs a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design method, with fifth-grade students from public elementary schools in North Sumedang District as the population. The primary research instrument is an essay test designed to measure conceptual understanding, supplemented by non-test instruments such as observations and questionnaires to collect additional data. The findings indicate that the STAD-type cooperative learning model assisted by a stick box significantly improves students' understanding of the place value concept, with a gain score of 0.746 categorized as high. In contrast, the conventional learning model resulted in a gain score of 0.178, categorized as low. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in conceptual understanding of place value between students who learn using the STAD-type cooperative model with stick box assistance and those who engage in conventional learning methods.

This study aims to improve student activities and learning outcomes on the theme of 8 natural events through the STAD type cooperative model in grade 1 SDN Pandean Lamper 02 Semarang in the 2020/2021 school year. This study used a classroom action research method which is carried out in three cycles which include the planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. This research instrument used observation, tests, and interview. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve learning activities and learning outcomes for grade 1 students at SDN Pandean Lamper 02 Semarang. This is evidenced by the data on the results of student learning activities in the first cycle is 65.85%, in the second cycle it increases by 5.58% then in the third cycle it increases by 11.16% which initially the second cycle is 71.43% then it becomes 82 ,59%. Learning outcomes using the STAD type cooperative learning model in the first cycle were 54%, the second cycle increased by 71%, and in the third cycle increased up to 89%.

This study aims to determine the application of the STAD type cooperative model in improving faith learning outcomes until the end of the day in class VI students of UPT SDN 03 Asam Jujuhan. The purpose of this study was to apply the STAD type cooperative model in improving the learning outcomes of Faith in the Last Day in class VI students of UPT SDN 03 Asam Jujuhan. This research method is a type of classroom action research (CAR) in the form of recycling, namely: planning, action or implementation of action, observation and reflection, carried out in two cycles and the target of this research was class VI students of UPT SDN 03 Asam Jujuhan. The results of this study are that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes at UPT SDN 03 Asam Jujuhan for the 2021/2022 school year, from the results of the formative tests and observation sheets of teaching and learning activities have increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely (57,69 %) and cycle II (76.92%) so that this learning model can be used as an alternative to learning Islamic Religious Education in Elementary Schools.

The problem is the low of student’s achievement. This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes and student activities through STAD type cooperative learning model on the subject matter introduction of Microsoft Excel 2007 program subjects ICT students class XI semester. This research used Class Action Research method (PTK). This classroom action research is divided into three cycles, each cycle encompassing planning, action, observation, and reflection activities. The place of research is in Madrasah Aliyah SMIP 1946 Banjarmasin, which was held on January 13, 2016 until the date of March 10, 2017 semester Even academic year 2016/2017. The subjects of the study were the students of class XI IPS Madrasah Aliyah SMIP 1946 Banjarmasin on the subject of Communication Technology and Informasin (ICT). The result showed that learning with STAD type cooperative model can improve learning achievement and student activity on the subject matter of introduction of Microsoft Excel 2007 program of ICT Class XI semester 2. The improvement of this learning achievement can be seen in the first cycle with the percentage of complete students of 78.26%, cycle II with the percentage of students completed by 82.61%, and cycle III with the percentage of students who complete 95.65%. Student learning activity on cycle I with average amount 73,00%, cycle II with average amount 85,00% and in cycle III with average amount 92,00%.

This study was conducted to determine the improvement of fourth grade science learning outcomes using the STAD type cooperative model. The subjects were all students in fourth grade 046573 Berastagi, Karo. The object of the research is the improvement of the fourth grade science learning outcomes using the STAD type cooperative model. The research instrument used was the observation sheet and multiple-choice tests. Data analysis used is individual learning outcomes, classical completeness, and average student learning outcomes. From the analysis of the data obtained from observations the implementation of learning activities of teachers increased 12.11% from a value of 59% to 71.1%, student activity increased from a score of 62 to 74, the completeness of individuals who expressed achieving KKM scores of 65, classical completeness increased from 66.67% to 87.50 %, and the average value increased from 64.58 to 76.25. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of learning in good category and student learning outcomes increase after using the STAD type cooperative learning model in science lessons. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is anydifference in result of learning physics which is taught with cooperative modeltype STAD model and DI model in grade 10, to determine the effect of thestudent’s academic potential level for the Physics learning outcomes and toknow whether there is an interaction between cooperative learning model typeSTAD and student’s academic potential as the Physics learning outcomes. Thisresearch is a quasi-experiment with two-way design. The population in thisresearch is all students in grade 10 with research sample Class X-1 as the controlclass and Class X-2 as the experiment class which have 32 students in each. Thedata analysis technique used SPSS 17, ANOVA Factorial 2x2. Based on the test performed, it is concluded: there are differences between the Physics learningoutcomes that was taught with cooperative model type STAD and DI model, there was student’s academic potential influence on Physics learning outcomes therewas an interaction between cooperative model type STAD and student’sacademic potential in improving learning outcomes that was show on Schaeffer Test.

One of the factors that affect the level of understanding of students is that the learning model provided by the teacher is still conventional, this must be improved for current education. The researcher found a problem at MTs Negeri 1 Mesuji, that students at the school still had a low level of understanding in Fiqh subjects, so the STAD type cooperative learning model could be used as a solution to change the learning that is being applied now. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model in improving the Conceptual Understanding of Class VIII Students in the Subject of Fiqh. This research is a quantitative research and the type of quasy research is Experiment Design. The population in this study was class VIII, which consisted of 140 students. After conducting research and calculating using the t-test, the value of equal variances assumed is obtained, namely the value of sig.(2-tailed) which is 0.000 or sig.(2-tailed) < 0.05 (5%), so it can be interpreted that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Which means this study shows that there are differences between the experimental class using the STAD type cooperative learning model and the control class using the conventional learning model. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the STAD type cooperative model on increasing students' conceptual understanding of class VIII in fiqh subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Mesuji. ABSTRAKSalah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pemahaman peserta didik adalah model pembelajaran yang diberikan guru masih bersifat konvensional hal ini yang harus diperbaiki untuk pendidikan saat ini. Peneliti menemukan masalah di MTs Negeri 1 Mesuji, bahwa peserta didik di sekolah tersebut masih memiliki tingkat pemahaman yang kurang dalam mata pelajaran Fiqih maka model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat dijadikan solusi untuk mengubah pembelajaran yang diterapkan sekarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisa efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dalam meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Peserta Didik Kelas VIII Pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian quasy Eksperimen Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini kelas VIII yang berjumlah 140 Peserta didik. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dan dilakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan Uji-t tersebut maka diperoleh nilai pada equal variances assumed yaitu nilai sig.(2-tailed) yaitu 0,000 atau sig.(2-tailed) < 0,05 (5%), maka dapat diartikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Yang berarti penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran fiqih di MTs Negeri 1 Mesuji.

This research is a Class Action Research. The subjects of this study were students grade VIII.A SMP N 1 East Luwu Regency, namely 35 students consisting of 20 female students and 15 male students. The purpose of this research is the purpose of this study is to improve (1) the ability of Mathematics Connections of Grade VIII.A students at SMP Negeri 1 Towuti Luwu Timur 2017/2018 Academic Year during mathematics learning activities with the approach of Open Ended approach and (2) Creative Thinking Ability of grade VIII.A grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Towuti Luwu Timur 2017/2018 Academic Year during mathematics learning activities with the application of the Open Ended approach. The conclusion of this study is the STAD type cooperative model with the open ended approach to positive change influenced by the activities of students and the teacher's ability to manage learning where the teacher gives further action students receive or take action. For aspects (1) the relationship between concepts in mathematics, the percentage of students' ability from cycle I to cycle II increase 18.82%. For aspects (2) the relationship between mathematics and other fields of science, the percentage of students' ability from cycle I to cycle II increase 3.47%. For aspects (3) the relationship between mathematics and daily life, the percentage of students' ability to increase from cycle I and cycle II increase 2.06%. In connection with the ability to think creatively, for aspects (1) smooth thinking skills, the percentage of students' ability from cycle I to cycle II increase 2.77%. For aspects (2) flexible thinking skills, students' ability from cycle I to cycle II increase 3.08%. For aspects (3) the ability to think originally, the percentage of students' ability cycle I and cycle II increase 7.12%. The response given by students in the implementation of mathematics learning using STAD type cooperative learning model, Susana class, interest in learning, teacher teaching methods, facilities and infrastructure on average is in the good, happy and interesting category.
