Abstract
宫颈细胞DNA定量分析在欧洲已成为一种进行宫颈癌前病变诊断及预测常用的临床检测方法之一.我们同时应用DNA定量分析及薄层液基细胞学检查(TCT)进行筛查,对异常病例进一步用二代基因杂交捕获法(HC2)检测高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV),部分异常病例进行阴道镜活检,以探讨DNA定量分析在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值。
