Abstract
In order to provide policy-makers in sales management and decision analysis more efficient and more timely information, it is necessary to study the application of decision support system based on data warehouse in the sales management. First reviewed in this paper are the concepts of the data warehouse and decision support system discipline. Then, a general decision support system framework is established based on data warehouse. Finally, the sales management decision support system design scheme is constructed with the multidimensional data model of star structure as the precondition, the enterprise marketing decision-making problems as the starting point.
