Abstract

With the rapid development of highway bridge construction in China, the investment and construction of highway bridges in China will increase day by day. However, the design of interchange curved beam bridge, which has been applied in National Expressway and municipal construction, is very complex and has poor regularity because of the large number of special-shaped components. At present, most of the Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. still carry out the design drawing of interchange bridge through the method of manual drawing, but the design effect is poor. The development of computer-aided design of interchange curved beam bridge is of great significance to improve the bridge design level and design efficiency in our country. This paper discusses the requirements of computer 3D modeling technology and the principles of Highway Bridge Interchange setting; Combined with the relevant algorithms of highway and bridge, the average distance of driving vehicles at the interchange of highway and bridge and the proportion of vehicles forced out of the ramp near the ramp exit are tested. The results show that the distribution of the first lane change point is 923.48m ~ 1831.41m, the second lane change point is 642.75m ~ 1498.25m, and the third lane change point is 208.54m ~ 756.84m; Therefore, the lane changing position of vehicles is more advanced, which is the most favorable for the safety and driving stability of vehicles. The data show that the simple exit sign of Highway Bridge Interchange is more reasonable for the safe driving of exit ramp.
