Abstract

Objective To investigate the application value of Alfacalcidol soft capsules combined with compound ossotide injection in patients with tibial fractures after operation. Methods Eighty-four tibial fracture patients were selected from March 2014 to June 2015 and divided into two groups randomly according to the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Alfacalcidol soft capsules, the study group was treated with Alfacalcidol soft capsules and compound ossotide injection. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions, fracture healing time were compared between the two groups, and the ankle function score (Baird-Jackson), pain score (VAS), serum bone markers of collagen type [Ⅰ hydroxyl terminal peptide sequence specific beta (beta-CTX), osteocalcin (BGP), bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP), total bone type Ⅰ procollagen amino terminal peptide (tPINP), type Ⅰ procollagen COOH terminal peptide (PICP)] of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the study group (95.24%) was higher than that of the control group (73.81%), the difference was significant (P 0.05). Conclusions The effect of Alfacalcidol soft capsules and compound ossotide injection on patients with tibial fracture after operation is significant, it can effectively improve the serum bone marker levels, relieve pain, promote fracture healing, improve the ankle function and treatment effect, and has high safety. Key words: Alfacalcidol soft capsules; Compound ossotide injection; Tibial fractures
