Abstract

Objective To analyze the pharmacological effects of atropine,and study its application in anesthesia and amblyopia.Methods 101 cases of anesthesia who took atropine earlier in our hospital from October 2009 to November 2011,and 118 cases of amblyopia using atropine for treatment,were retrospectively analyzed according to their data,by summing up patients' outcomes,we analyzed the clinical pharmacological effects of atropine.Results After (16.94 ± 1.22) months,visual basically healed in amblyopia group,and the oral secretions of the anesthesia group reduced,the amount of propofol also reduced.Conclusions The atropine can be used for the treatment of amblyopia,and can reduce the anesthetic dose of drug use with wide range of clinical applications and good effects.
