Abstract
The Article, “Piracy, Prejudice and Profit: A Perspective from US–China Intellectual Property Rights Disputes,”1 which appeared in the November 2006 issue of The Journal of World Intellectual Property, through the sole fault of the author, failed to adequately attribute use of an article written by Peter K. Yu2 and an article written by Sumner La Croix and Denise Eby Konan3. The misappropriation was purely unintentional. It is sincerely hoped that Professor Yu, Professor La Croix and Professor Konan will accept this apology for the lapse in properly acknowledging their views.
