Abstract

To improve the anti-vibration performance and extend the measurement lower limit of the vortex flow meter, the new designed four-wire type sensor and difference trapping wave method are proposed. Experiments are carried out on the gas pipeline vibration experiment platform in Tianjin University flow laboratory. The experimental results show that for the DN50 pipeline, the new designed four-wire type flow meter can resist the periodic vibration of 0.8g and the measurement lower limit is extended to 33.4m3/h.
