To the Editor: Variations in antibiotic prophylaxis vary among dermatologic surgeons, with an increased usage in high-risk reconstructions such as skin grafts.1 Previous studies have demonstrated low infection rates associated with Mohs micrographic surgery and no correlation between postoperative antibiotics and surgical site infections.2,3
