Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has constrained development area laborers to telecommute. there are positive variables as diminished travel time, self-guideline of work time and longer stay at home. yet additionally has an adverse consequence as emotional wellness problems that can't be overlooked. An emotional well-being issue that is frequently portrayed is pressure. With respect to the danger that can trigger emotional wellness issues in laborers in the development area, performing multiple tasks is the place where representatives take on a job in their work just as assume a part in the family simultaneously. muddled working hours, where bosses can give tasks whenever which implies the functioning time might be longer and furthermore triggers weariness and stress. The method used in this study is a literature study, with literature sources in the form of research and study results, laws and regulations, articles in online mass media and official websites. The government as the regulator must prevent mental health disorders for workers by issuing regulations regarding the details of the implementation of work from home in all sectors. The recommendation for regulations related to WFH is to determine the working hours in one day not to exceed the time when working in the office, not allowed to give overtime work above the normal working time, not to give employees an excessive workload, make an appeal for ways to reduce mental disorders related to work from home.
