Abstract
Leiomyomas are benign soft tissue neoplasms that arise from smooth muscles. Three distinctive patterns of leiomyoma have been described as piloleiomyomas, angioleiomyomas and genital leiomyomas. Here in, we report the case of 39-year male with chief complain of growth on his lower left front region of the jaw. On the basis of clinical examination, it was provisionally diagnosed as pyogenic granuloma; however, histopathological examination made to the final diagnosis of angioleiomyoma. Excision led to uneventful recovery.
