Abstract

Aspergillosis is a fungal infection that typically affects the lungs in immunocompromised individuals. Angioinvasive aspergillosis involving vascular grafts is rare. We present the case of an immunocompetent patient with aortic arch graft Aspergillus infection presenting with bilateral lower extremity acute ischemia from fungal emboli.
