Abstract
In endothelial cells, trafficking of active α5β1 integrins and polarized fibronectin secretion are important for vascular morphogenesis. A new study unveils how the endothelial small GTPase RHOJ, by repressing trafficking of active α5β1 integrins, controls fibronectin polymerization and invivo angiogenesis.
