Abstract
此報告為第一篇口服中藥穿心蓮內酯（andrographolide）引發急性腎損傷的個案報告。病患為51歲男性，過去並無慢性腎疾病或尿蛋白的二型糖尿病患，並且血糖皆控制於標準值。因為深信穿心蓮可以減少脂肪肝及改善性功能，前後兩次在服用一週（每日2000至3000毫克）穿心蓮之後發生急性腎損傷。然而經由一週的住院接受大量生理食鹽水輸液治療之後，肌肝酸及尿素氮皆回復正常。在此提醒大家對穿心蓮引發之急性腎損傷的關注並回顧文獻對穿心蓮的治療療效及引發急性腎損傷副作用的探討。
