Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors affect the achievement of sustainable development targets in sharing economic activities. The independent variables used in this study are online service quality, online satisfaction, and online trust. Meanwhile, the dependent variable used as a measurement is online loyalty. Online loyalty is assumed to reflect the sustainability of a company. With the sustainability of a company, it will have an impact on the achievement of sustainable development goals. Online transport has an interesting sharing economy concept to be the object of research, because online transport is expected to be a solution to urban congestion problems. The partial test results show that online satisfaction and online trust has an influence on online loyalty.
