Abstract
目的 观察下泪小管断裂吻合术的临床效果.方法 对64例(64眼)下泪小管断裂吻合术疗效进行分析.结果 随访2月～3年治愈率达93.7%.结论 用猪尾探针极易找到泪小管鼻侧断端,对两断端行外翻缝合并留置腰麻塑料管,手术成功率高。
