Abstract

In this article,we analyzel courses system of three main majors of higher medical vocational education and undergraduate,medicine,nursing and pharmacy.The results showed that the average of semester hours in higher medical vocational education is higher than in undergraduate,the burden on students of higher medical vocational educations is obviously higher than that of similar undergraduate;no obvious gap is in the proportion of the public course,the professional basic courses,professional courses between higher medical vocational education and undergraduate;the ratio of lecture and practice of school hours is little difference in nursing and pharmacy between higher medical vocational education and undergraduate,practice hours of clinical medicine is even lower than that of the undergraduate;higher medical vocational education opened with the basic undergraduate curriculum in line;the practice teaching is composed of the experimental courses and graduate practice,etc.So we think that the course system does not reflect the characteristics of higher medical vocational education,while no form is conducive to the students' vocational skills training practice teaching system.
