The issues concerning preservation of soil fertility have been dealt with great interest in the research literature (Barwicki et al 2012; Šimanský et al 2019; Novakovska et al 2016). Soil fertility is its ability to provide the vital needs of plants in the simultaneous and joint presence of two factors of their existence – moisture and nutrients (Williams 2009).
