Abstract

The proper configuration of the bearing not only affects the internal structure and service life of the gearbox, but also determines the service life of the bearing itself. In this paper, through changing the angle formed by the input shaft and the intermediate shaft of two-stage reducer in the transverse position, the model was built for several times. the changes of bearing force, bearing damage degree and fatigue life under different conditions were compared and analyzed, and the optimal type of the intermediate bearing was selected according to the results.
