Analysis of the medical services market of the East Kazakhstan region

Abstract

Currently, one of the most important factors in the socio-economic development of any society is the need to provide citizens with high-quality medical services. We all know that one of the priorities of the country's development is the healthcare sector. The priority areas of advanced ideas and innovative programs implemented today are improving the health of the population and improving the quality of medical services. The customer's requirement is high-quality service. In recent years, a digitalization system has been introduced at all levels of production, processing, and services, and this process has a significant impact on economic development. The health of the country's population depends on and is determined by the health of each person, it becomes an aspect that denotes not only the integrity of his being, but also the resource of his abilities. Socio-economic, political, cultural and industrial development of the country is determined by the level of human health. In the conditions of steady formation and stable growth of prosperity of the population, the healthcare segment, which is an integrated developed, socially positioned system aimed at providing security, timeliness, quality and continuity of medical support, is one of the main priorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan related to strategic goals. The medical services market is determined by the objective needs of the current stage of health care development, the specifics of the current state of the country. The relevance of this topic is related to the current state of health of the region’s population, especially after the pandemic. The purpose of the analysis of the market of medical services in the East Kazakhstan region is to determine the region’s problem in the field of health care and possible ways of solving these problems. The methodology of the analysis is based on the collection of statistical and mathematical data, analysis and structuring of the collected material, graphical representation of indicators.
