Abstract

The Kyoho grape is one of the most important varieties of table grapes (Vitis vinifera L.). In this experiment, we used SO2germicidal bags and ethylene absorbent released pads to discover the effect on the quality of grapes during the storage period. The results showed that the combined use of germicidal bags and ethylene absorbent released pad were able to maintain the sensory, physicochemical, and physiological quality of grapes at a higher level compared with the control group.
