Abstract

There are many high-noise equipment in the converter station, causing serious problems to nearby residents, and the noise problem of the converter station is becoming increasingly prominent. Combined with the coupling between electromagnetic multi-body dynamic structure sound field and physical field in the process of vibration and noise of converter transformer(CT), the spatial sound radiation model of CT is established based on finite element method (FEM). The vibration and noise of CT under the excitation condition of superposition of fundamental frequency and harmonic are solved, the electromagnetic, vibration and noise radiation characteristics are analyzed, and the frequency characteristics of CT noise and the spatial distribution characteristics of radiation noise at different frequencies are obtained. The noise of CT in converter station is measured on site. The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the actual measured value with the simulation calculation result.
