Abstract
연구목적: 본 연구는 아동의 초등학교 입학 시기에 맞벌이 부모의 일-가정 양립에서 부와 모가 갖는 각각의 이점과 갈등이 어떻게 유형화되고, 그 유형에 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 방법: 이를 위해 한국아동패널 8차 연구에 참여한 538가구의 부모 1,076명을 대상으로 잠재프로파일분석 및 로지스틱분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 부와 모의 일-가정 양립 이점과 갈등은 ‘부/모이점’, ‘부 이점 모 갈등’, ‘부/모 갈등’의 세 집단으로 유형화되었다. 로지스틱 분석을 통해 영향 요인을 분석한 결과, 자녀의 학교생활, 주변인으로부터 양육 관련 도움 정도, 부의 자녀 학교 행사참여, 부의 종사상 지위와 부 회사의 일-가정 양립 지원제도, 모의 현재 재직 여부가 일-가정 양립 잠재집단에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 결론: 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 일-가정 양립지원제도의 보완을 위한 정책적 함의를 논의하였다.
