Abstract

In the scientific work, the author analyzes the state of outsourcing in Russia and the ways of its development. There is, according to the author, an increase in the total costs of attracting outside services and a change in the share of certain types in them. Thus, there is an increase in the popularity of audit services, recruitment services and security activities. Other indicators remain practically unchanged or decrease, which may be due to an increase in the supply of these services and, accordingly, a decrease in their prices. The author notes that outsourcing in Russia is developing, but not as intensively as abroad. Russian entrepreneurs have come to the realization that outsourcing increases efficiency and reduces costs, that its use is beneficial, but there are a number of constraints that prevent its active development. The author notes that there are a number of problems associated with insufficient awareness of entrepreneurs about the goals and benefits of outsourcing, as well as with the psychological characteristics of Russians. To improve the Russian outsourcing system, it is necessary to take measures that, in addition to creating the legal framework for the use of outsourcing, should include increasing entrepreneurial literacy, training qualified specialists in outsourcing management, as well as creating a single information space for firms providing outsourcing services and firms in need of them., to ensure effective communications. Carrying out these activities will give impetus to the further development of outsourcing in Russia, which will lead to GDP growth, improve the quality of products, as well as to strengthen Russia's integration into the global economic system and qualitative economic growth.
