Abstract

The paper considers the relationship between the quality of the surface layer of the substrate and the strength of the fixed adhesive bonding of parts. A search was made for the dominant factors affecting the strength of fixed bonds. A block diagram of the mutual influence of the quality indicators of a fixed bond of parts using metal-polymer gap compensators is given. It has been proven that the quality of the surface layer of the substrate, in terms of aggregate and degree of importance of the factors, has the greatest dominant effect on the strength of a fixed bond assembled using metal-polymer composition.
