Abstract

The peak valley difference of power grid is increasingly large. The reliability, stability and economic operation of power grid are seriously affected. Aiming at the need of peak regulation of and the optimal allocation of peak regulation power supply, this paper puts forward the analysis model of peak regulation capacity of thermal power units. The model calculates the residual peak regulation capacity of different types of power plants in different periods and determines the capacity to provide relative auxiliary services. The model can support the optimal peak regulation resource allocation scheme, guide the future power grid planning, and provide powerful data support and implementation suggestions to the government departments. It has very important practical and economic significance for the optimal allocation of power grid peak regulation power supply.
