Abstract
The analysis of "two-gap" coaxial line rectagular waveguide junctions is discussed. The cross-coupled junction, the 'coax-gap' mount are specifically considered. The theoretical expressions obtained yield results in excellent agreement with published experimental results. Equivalent circuits are presented for the two junctions applicable to the case where the TE/sub 10/ mode is the only propagating waveguide mode.
