Abstract

1. The program worked out for calendar planning makes it possible to find the optimal schedule for annual, quarterly, monthly, and ten-day work plans, on the basis of the specific design and construction conditions, the limitations placed on the basic resources, and the priority established for the different jobs, structures, and types of tasks. 2. On the basis of the work schedule and the need for essential resources, it is possible to organize the material-technical supplies, the operative-control management of construction, the control of the expenditure of the budget limit and the essential resources, and the operative and current control of the activities of the construction organization. 3. The simplicity of preparation of the initial and current data about the state of the jobs in the construction of a hydroelectric plant for the analysis and optimization of the calendar plan requires a minimum amount of labor.
