Abstract
Analysis and evaluation and improvement of equipment maintenance management fee allocation efficiency for effectively alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand of funds, promoting equipment construction development and improving the combat effectiveness of troops has important military and economic significance. Combined with the current equipment maintenance management fee input characteristics, the output-oriented CRS model and VRS model of equipment maintenance management fee configuration efficiency analysis are constructed by using data envelopment analysis (DEA) theory, and the efficiency of the sample unit's allocation is evaluated through example analysis, the reasons for the low allocation efficiency are analyzed, and the corresponding suggestions for improvement are put forward.
