Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of acceptance of the OVO application as a digital wallet in Karawang with the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) approach. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The method used is using TAM with user ease and user usability research variables. The population in this study is the Karawang people who use the OVO application. The samples used in this study were 100 respondents taken using simple random sampling techniques and data collection methods using survey methods and questionnaires with questionnaire instruments and measurements using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that this research illustrates that the level of acceptance as part of a company has an influence on the users of the application. So the OVO company must continue to improve the quality of its application so that more and more users are using the OVO application.
