Analisis Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
This study examines the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT HATNI. Problems arise due to the low level of coaching and work results. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between these three variabeles ti improve the effectiveness of human resource management at PT HATNI. Using a qualitative approach, this study seeks to understand the realitonship between leadership, work motivation, and employee performance from various perspective, both structural and psychological. The results show that the leadership style at PT HATNI Lamongan is transformational and participatory, with leaders plying an active role in motivation and employee in decisions. Work motivation is influenced by intrinsic factors, but employees still expect improved facilities and a fairer reward system to increase morale and performance. This study shows that leadership and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at PT HATNI. Leardership is still predominantly transctional, so it needs to be strengthened to become more inspirational and communicative transformationl. Work motivation is a major factor in improving performance, so a reward system that is fair, transparent, and encrourages sustainable productivity is needed.

The role of good leadership tends to diminish, likewise with employee motivation which influences low employee performance. A decrease in employee performance has a significant impact on employee work results. This condition affects the profits generated by the company. If this happens continuously, of course, there will be a deficit that the company will experience. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance, the influence of work motivation on employee performance, to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. 
 The results of the coefficient of determination test or R square value are 0.726, so it can be concluded that leadership style and work motivation have a strong influence on employee performance. The results of hypothesis testing regarding the influence of leadership style on employee performance resulted in the t-count of leadership style being 2.508 > 1.998 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between leadership style on employee performance. The influence of work motivation on employee performance results in a t-count of work motivation of 2.878 > 1.998 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. The hypothesis test (F test) produces F - count > F - table, namely 5.133 > 2.36. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the variables of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance.

Organizations must pay attention to factors that can increase employee performance, including work motivation and leadership styles that can increase work enthusiasm while creating a professional work attitude. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Bantul District Health Service. This research method is a quantitative model, with a cross sectional approach. The sample used was 51 people, selected based on Purposive Sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of research using the Kendall Tau test on the leadership style variable on employee performance obtained a sig. (2-tailed) of 0.004 < 0.05. The results of the work motivation test on employee performance obtained a sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of simultaneous Ordinal Regression Analysis, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance obtained a sig value of 0.000. Conclusion. There is a significant and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance, there is an influence of work motivation on employee performance, simultaneously there is an influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance.

ABSTRACT
 Analysis of the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work environment on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic. This study aims to determine (1) the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work environment on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic, (2) the magnitude of the influence of leadership style on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic, (3) the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic, and (4) the magnitude of the influence of the work environment on teacher performance during the COVID 19 pandemic. The analytical approach used in This research is using a quantitative approach. The dependent variable in this study is Teacher Performance while the independent variables in this study are Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Environment. This study is a population study with the number of respondents as many as 113 teachers of SD Negeri 4 Tenayanraya, Pekanbaru city. The data collection used in this study was a questionnaire instrument. The questionnaire consists of questions or statements that need to be answered by respondents through a distributed questionnaire. In data processing, the author uses an application to perform the analysis, namely the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS version 22) with analysis of determination and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership style, work motivation and work environment together affect the teacher's performance at the SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya, Pekanbaru city during the COVID-19 pandemic by 47.8% (2) the influence of leadership style on teacher performance. SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya Pekanbaru City during the COVID 19 pandemic was 47.3% (3) the effect of Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya Pekanbaru City during the COVID-19 pandemic was 25.7% (4) the influence of the Work Environment on the Performance of Teachers of SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya Pekanbaru City during the COVID 19 pandemic by 26%. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that there is a positive influence between leadership style, work motivation and work environment on teacher performance at SD Negeri IV Tenayanraya Pekanbaru City during the COVID 19 pandemic. In other words, teacher performance can be improved through leadership style, work motivation and work environment.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of employees in cooperatives, micro- enterprises, trade and industry in Tanah Bumbu district, South Kalimantan province. The method used is correlational research with a quantitative approach which aims to provide a fairly clear picture of the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Cooperative, Micro Enterprise, Trade and Industry Office of Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The research was conducted on 36 employees of the Department of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, Trade and Industry and was conducted for a month. The results showed that leadership style and work motivation have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance, and leadership style and work motivation have a partial significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style is a variable that has a dominant effect on employee performance in the Department of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, Trade and Industry of Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan.

Purpose:knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership style on motivation, the influence of work discipline on motivation, the influence of work culture on motivation, the influence of leadership style, discipline, and work culture on motivation, knowing the influence of leadership style on performance, knowing the influence of discipline on performance, knowing the influence of work culture on performance, knowing the influence of leadership style, work culture, and work discipline on performance, and knowing the influence of work motivation on performance. Design/methodology/approach:The method used in this study is quantitative, with the analysis tool used SmartPLS4. Respondents in this study were 72 people. The sampling technique used was probability sampling. Data collection was done through field work research and library research. Findings:The results of the study showedleadership style has a significant effect on work motivation, work discipline has a significant effect on employee work motivation, work culture has a significant effect on employee work motivation, leadership style, work discipline, and work culture have a significant effect on employee work motivation, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, work culture has a significant effect on employee performance,leadership style, work discipline, and work culturesignificantly influence employee performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions that can be made are several training activities and family gathering activities to strengthen the sense of family and respect so that they motivate each other in achieving the vision, mission, and goals of the organization. The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Population Control and Family Planning in South Konawe Regency. This research approach is quantitative using survey methods and explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Office of South Konawe Regency, by using the method of determining respondents by census, so that the sample size was set at 84 employees. The analytical tool used is the Multivariate Regression Analysis.The results showed that the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, leadership style, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. In the era of globalization, government organizations must achieve short- and long-term goals through effective human resource management (HRM). Human resources are crucial assets that require fair treatment to maximize employee performance, which can be measured through indicators such as quality, quantity, and timeliness. Employee performance is influenced by leadership and work motivation. However, interviews at the Agriculture Office of Tulang Bawang Regency revealed that the current leadership style is not open enough, negatively impacting employee motivation and performance. Data indicates issues with discipline and low performance. Therefore, management needs to understand the motivational factors and create a supportive work environment to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to explore the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the Agriculture Office of Tulang Bawang Regency. This study will be conducted at the Agriculture Office of Tulang Bawang Regency from May to July 2024, using a descriptive quantitative approach. The research aims to systematically and accurately describe the facts and characteristics of a specific population. The population consists of 85 employees, with a sample of 83 employees, excluding the researcher and management. The variables used in the study include independent variables: Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2), and the dependent variable: Employee Performance (Y), which is influenced by both independent variables. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that both factors, Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2), significantly affect Employee Performance (Y) at the Agriculture Office of Tulang Bawang Regency. Leadership contributes 21.2% to employee performance, while Work Motivation accounts for 21.7%. Overall, both Leadership and Work Motivation simultaneously influence 47.1% of employee performance at the institution.

<em>The problem of the sewing department of PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang was it never reached the production target in 2019. This purposes of this research are to find out influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. Dependent variabels in this reseach is leadership style and work motivation while dependent variables is employee performance. Data collection used are questionnaires, interview, and literature review. The sample in this study are 95 employees of the sewing devision at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The result of multiple regression indicated that leadership style and work motivation all of them had positive influence on employees performance. The most dominant variable that influence the employee performance is the work motivation. While from the result of determination coeffiecient (Adjusted R Square) indicated that leadership style and work motivation affects employee performance 0.597 or 59.7%. While 40.3 or 40.3% influenced by other variables not examined in this research</em>

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of loyalty on employee performance, and the simultaneous influence of leadership style, work motivation, and loyalty on employee performance at Alfamart Buduran branch. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population used is all Alfamart employees, totaling 40 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. This study concludes that leadership style has an effect and is significant on employee performance, while work motivation has no effect and is not significant on employee performance, and loyalty has an effect on employee performance. And simultaneously Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Loyalty affect the Employee Performance of Alfamart Buduran branch.

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) customer service unit in kupang city, as well as to analyze and explain the simultaneous influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. This research is an associative study using a quantitative approach. It focuses on the relationships between variables and tests the hypotheses that have been previously formulated. The sample consisted of 35 employees selected using the saturated sampling technique. Data collection techinques in the field included questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. The result show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Based on the Adjusted R Square value, it is indicated that leadership style and work motivation contribute 56,7% to employeeperformance, while the remaining 40,8% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study

Every organization has human resources which are the most important assets for the company, where these resources have the ability to develop in determining the company's success for the long term. Human resources are a central factor in an organization. Whatever the form and purpose, the organization is founded on a vision for the common good, and in carrying out its mission is managed by humans. Manpower or employees are the most valuable resources in the organization, without qualified employees, the goals of the organization will not be achieved properly. This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, 2) determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, 3) the magnitude of the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, and 4) independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at ksp graduation guna raharja denpasar. The population of this study were all employees at ksp graduation guna raharja denpasar, amounting to 59 people. The sample taken is all members of the population so that it is a census study. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test used is t-test to test the partial effect of leadership style and work motivation on performance, as well as determination analysis to analyze the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The regression equation obtained is: y= 17.939 + 0.316 x1 + 0.762 x2. This model shows that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance, 3) the magnitude of the influence contributed by leadership style and work motivation on employee performance is 23.2 %, and 4) work motivation is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance at ksp graduation guna raharja denpasar.

This research revealed the Influence of Dicipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Leadership Style (X3), toward Employee Performance (Y) in Research and Development Planning Agency of Sigi Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of Work Dicipline, Motivation and Leadership Style, toward Employee Performance in Research and Development Planning Agency of Sigi Regency. This reseach is classified as a verificative researh and use a survey research design. Source of data is divided into primary data which are collected through questionnaires and secondary data which is collected from a documentary study which has relation with this research. The analysis method used in this research is linear and multiple regression analysis which is also supported by a statistical program of SPSS 20.0 version. Result of this research shows that work discipline, work motivation and leadership style has simultaneity significant influence on the employee performance with R square value 0,361 or 31,6%. While partially this research result is as follows, the discipline has a positive but not significant influence to the employee performance (24,1%), work motivation has a positive and significant influence to the employee performance (63,9%) and leadership style has a positive and significant influence to the employee performance (32,4%). Leader of Research and Development Planning Agency of Sigi Regency must deliver the task to its employee through discipline and responsibility based on regulation so that the employee could give their best service and performance in return.

Di era globalisasi saat ini, Indonesia memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan menuntut kinerja tinggi dari karyawan perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT XYZ. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data dari kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam pemilihan sampel. Jumlah populasi yang ada sebagai sampel berjumlah 168 karyawan. Hasil analisis yang didapat adalah gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. In the current era of globalization, Indonesia has quality human resources and demands high performance from company employees. There are several factors that can influence employee performance, namely leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population used in this research were employees at PT XYZ. The method used is a quantitative method by collecting data from questionnaires distributed via Google Form and using purposive sampling techniques in selecting samples. The total population as a sample is 168 employees. The results of the analysis obtained are that leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction, work motivation and organizational culture have no significant effect on employee performance, work motivation and organizational culture have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Apart from that, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance.

Employee performance is a factor has an impact on the work system in an organization or company, and also an indicator of whether a company entity is good or not. In order to minimize the negative impact of employee performance, several factors are needed, including leadership style, work environment, and employee work motivation so that the company can be optimal. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at CV SIPRA Furniture Jepara. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with a sample size of 47 respondents. The sampling technique uses a census (all population), the data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis using the SPSS application tool. The research results show that leadership style and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance, while work motivation variables do not have a significant effect on employee performance.
