Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that determine the policy implementation in the development of rural areas with a top-down approach in the rural area of Tri Manunggal Jaya. Factors that determine Policy Implementation include Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. This study used qualitative research methods by conducting literature reviews, document verification, interviews, and observations. This research produces a theoretical and empirical view of the factors that determine policy implementation in the development of rural areas in Tri Manunggal Jaya. The results of this study also can be used to determine strategies to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of rural area development policies with a top-down approach in the Magelang Regency.
