Abstract
Pulau Jawa merupakan pulau terluas di Indonesia sehingga perlu dikaji mengenai kesempatan kerja yang tersedia sebagai tolak ukur kesejahteraan masyarakat. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut maka terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kesempatan kerja tersebut diantaranya PDRB, Rata Lama Sekolah, dan UMP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah faktor tersebut memiliki hubungan negatif atau positif terhadap kesempatan kerja. Menggunakan metode data panel dengan menggabungkan data cross section dan time series dan menggunakan program Stata-17 yang dimana hasil menunjukan Rata Lama Sekolah berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kesempatan Kerja, PDRB dan UMP memiliki hubungan yang negative bagi Kesempatan Kerja.
