Abstract
An X-ray RDF study has been carried out for the Li ion-conducting glasses, 52%Li 2O48%P 2O 5, 45%Li 2O42%P 2O 513% LiCl and 39%Li 2O36%P 2O 525%LiCl. Short range order in binary Li 2O-P 2O 5 glass is similar to that in crystalline LiPO 3. Addition of LiCl leaves the glass matrix unchanged.
