Abstract

A 66-year-old male presented to the hospital with hypoxia requiring 15 L/min of supplemental oxygen. The patient’s medical history included non-ischemic cardiomyopathy with systolic heart failure, a left ventricular ejection fraction of 30%, and atrial fibrillation.
