Abstract

Organic Electronics (OE) provides certain technological advantages such as low price and waste reduction through the use of new materials and alternative fabrication techniques in the microelectronic world. The use of additive and printed fabrication processes allows the development of instant made, fully additive, low temperature processing, lightweight, bendable, scalable and sustainable systems. In this work, we present a Process Design Kit (PDK) based on organic devices allowing to go through the full circuit design flow, from the characterization to the physical design over the modelling, simulation and electrical verification steps. All the steps performed with high level of automation for a faster cycling in the iterations of the design flow. The use of this PDK will allow the development of static and dynamic systems using printed and organic electronics devices.
