Abstract
目的 探讨米非司酮与宫瘤清联合治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果.方法将50例确诊为子宫肌瘤患者进行治疗,口服米非司酮10mg,每日1次;宫瘤清3粒/次,每日3次,经期停用;连服3个月为1疗程,治疗前后均行彩色B超监测子宫肌瘤大小,实验室观察血常规、尿常规、肝功能、性激素六项(FSH、LH、E2、P、PRL、T).结果50例患者在治疗期间均出现闭经、痛经及下腹坠胀感症状消失,经期缩短,经量减少,贫血得以纠正,子宫及子宫肌瘤体积均明显缩小,缩小率分别为:29.71%和47.23%(P＜0.01),血FSH、LH、E2、P,测定治疗后平均水平也较用药前下降(P＜0.01),其中E2、P下降最为显著,而PRL和T用药前后变化不明显.结论米非司酮与宫瘤清联合治疗子宫肌瘤效果好,副反应小,复发率低,是一种理想的药物治疗方法。
