Abstract

The current study investigated sources of variance in job analysis rating from both organizational level and individual level variables. Multilevel analysis results from two hundred and seventy-five customer service representatives working within thirty-seven mobile phone service companies in China indicated that organizational culture and job involvement both influenced incumbent's importance ratings of work-related personality requirements.
